In the content on ensuring food safety in collective school kitchens, the school team was updated on important knowledge about factors that may affect the quality and safety of school meals; at the same time, they learned the principles that need to be observed in organizing, managing, and controlling food safety at school.
In addition, the topic of disease prevention and control in schools helped teachers, staff, and employees raise their awareness of disease risks, proactively implement hygiene and preventive measures, and appropriately handle situations, contributing to protecting students’ health and maintaining a safe learning environment.

In particular, following the training session, the teachers took a written assessment on food safety knowledge, thereby reinforcing the content they had learned while also assessing their ability to remember and apply the knowledge in their practical work at the school.
The training session was not only an activity to update knowledge but also contributed to strengthening the spirit of proactive prevention – proper compliance with regulations – putting students’ health first among teachers, staff, and employees.
With the seriousness and sense of responsibility of its staff, Sai Dong Urban Primary School continues to pay attention to every factor that contributes to a safe school environment, in which food safety in collective school kitchens and disease prevention and control are always practical tasks that need to be carried out regularly, seriously, and consistently.
