On the afternoon of September 29, 2026, the Party Cell of Sai Dong Urban Primary School solemnly organized the Ceremony for the admission of new Party members for outstanding individuals Hoang Thi Thu Ha, Nguyen Thu Tra, and Nguyen Thi Thu Trang.

Attending the Ceremony were Comrade Ngo Van Nam – Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Economic and Budgetary Division of the People’s Council of Phuc Loi Ward; Comrade Le Thi Thu Huong – Secretary of the Party Cell and Principal of the school, together with all Party members of the Party Cell.

In a solemn atmosphere, Comrade Le Thi Thu Huong – Secretary of the Party Cell announced and presented the Decisions on Party admission to the outstanding individuals. Before the Party flag, the national flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, the new Party members recited their oaths, expressing their determination to continue cultivating and improving themselves, fulfill their duties as Party members, and at the same time uphold their responsibility and exemplary role as teachers in their professional work.

On behalf of the Party Cell, the Secretary congratulated the new Party members and assigned them their duties; she requested that they continue to cultivate their qualities, improve their professional competence, uphold their sense of responsibility, and actively contribute to the activities of the Party Cell and the overall development of the school. The Party Cell also assigned official Party members to continue monitoring and supporting the new members during their probationary period.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Comrade Ngo Van Nam congratulated the new Party members and acknowledged the Party Cell’s attention to the work of identifying, cultivating, and developing Party members; at the same time, he expressed his hope that they would continue to promote their capabilities, sense of responsibility, solidarity, and exemplary conduct, linking their process of self-improvement as Party members with the effective fulfillment of their educational duties.

The admission of additional new Party members is the result of the efforts and self-improvement of each outstanding individual, as well as the Party Cell’s regular attention and cultivation. This also adds positive individuals to the Party membership, contributing to enabling the Party Cell to continue promoting its leadership role in building the staff and improving the quality of education at the school.
