SAI DONG URBAN PRIMARY SCHOOL PARTICIPATES IN THE PHUC LOI WARD CONFERENCE ON LEARNING PROMOTION AND TALENT ENCOURAGEMENT 2026

Sai Dong Urban Primary School attended the Phuc Loi Ward Association for Promoting Learning’s 1st Congress of Delegates and the 2026 Lifelong Learning Week programme. The school’s contributions to local education were recognized, while teacher Nguyen Thi Thanh Van received a Certificate of Merit for outstanding teaching achievements in 2025–2026.

On the morning of 03 October 2026, Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong – Principal of Sai Dong Urban Primary School, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Van – a teacher of the school, attended the First Congress of Delegates of the Phuc Loi Ward Association for Learning Promotion for the 2026–2031 term, the programme launching the response to Lifelong Learning Week, and the conference reviewing learning promotion and talent encouragement activities in 2026.

The conference was an opportunity to evaluate outstanding achievements in learning promotion and talent encouragement activities in the ward, while also commending and rewarding collectives, administrators, teachers, and students with exemplary achievements in teaching and learning.

At the conference, the positive contributions of Sai Dong Urban Primary School to local educational activities and learning promotion and talent encouragement efforts were recognised. In particular, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Van was honoured to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Phuc Loi Ward Association for Learning Promotion for her outstanding achievements in teaching during the 2025–2026 school year.

The recognition at the conference serves as encouragement for the school’s teachers, staff, and students, while also providing additional motivation for the Sai Dong Urban Primary School community to continue improving educational quality and promoting the spirit of self-learning, innovation, and creativity.

Through participating in the conference, the school continues to demonstrate its commitment to accompanying activities that promote learning, encourage talent, and build a learning society in Phuc Loi Ward. The school also actively responds to Lifelong Learning Week, contributing to the promotion of a culture of learning among teachers, staff, students, and the wider community.
