THE PARTY CELL OF SAI DONG URBAN PRIMARY SCHOOL HOLDS ITS OCTOBER 2026 THEMATIC MEETING

On 13 October 2026, the Party Cell of Sai Dong Urban Primary School held its October thematic meeting on studying and practising Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, methods, and style. The meeting emphasised exemplary conduct, professional responsibility, educational innovation, digital technology, and promoting English as a second language in schools.

On the afternoon of 13/10/2026, the Party Cell of Sai Dong Urban Primary School held its October thematic meeting on the topic “Studying and Practising Ho Chi Minh’s Ideology, Ethics, Methods, and Style in the New Stage of the Country’s Development”. The meeting focused on relating the thematic content to the responsibility of cadres and Party members to set an example and to the school’s educational duties.

At the meeting, the Party Cell reviewed the key contents of the topic, emphasising the need to turn awareness into concrete actions and make studying and practising Ho Chi Minh’s example a regular and voluntary practice. The content was linked to practical work, including maintaining teachers’ ethical qualities, strictly observing discipline and order, renewing teaching methods, applying digital technology, caring for students, and improving the quality of education.

In connection with the tasks of the 2026–2027 academic year, studying and practising Ho Chi Minh’s example was specified through the Party Cell’s new tasks, particularly the implementation of English as a second language in schools. The Party Cell promoted its leadership and guidance role, while cadres and Party members set an example through self-study and proactive engagement. At the same time, each Party member actively coordinated efforts to build an English-speaking environment, encouraged teachers and parents to participate, and created more opportunities for students to practise English in their learning and daily activities. The spirit of renewal was associated with practical approaches suited to the school’s conditions and aimed at students’ progress.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Le Thi Thu Huong – Secretary of the Party Cell, emphasised the role of each cadre and Party member in studying and practising Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, methods, and style. A sense of responsibility, matching words with actions, and a proactive approach to renewal and creativity needed to be demonstrated in every task, with work effectiveness serving as the measure of performance.

During the discussion, Comrade Do Lan Trang – Vice Principal, shared insights into the roles of advising, implementation, and communication within the school. She emphasised the need to translate the Party Cell’s guidelines and resolutions into appropriate plans and tasks; strengthen coordination in implementation; and ensure that communication content was clear, practical, and linked Party-building work with professional activities and the development of an educational environment characterised by discipline, responsibility, friendliness, and humanity.

The October thematic meeting provided an opportunity for cadres and Party members to relate their individual responsibilities to their assigned duties and identify practical actions in studying and practising Ho Chi Minh’s example. Through this, the Party Cell continued to promote solidarity, improve the quality of Party meetings, and build a team of exemplary and dedicated staff, contributing to the successful fulfilment of the academic year’s tasks.
