Sai Dong Urban Primary School officially opened the Student Sports Games for the 2026–2027 school year on 2 November 2026. The ceremony featured opening remarks, athlete and referee oaths, and messages promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, and determination, encouraging students to stay active and develop both physically and mentally.

On the morning of 2 November 2026, in an atmosphere filled with excitement and energy, Sai Dong Urban Primary School solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the Student Sports Games for the 2026–2027 school year, officially kicking off a new season of exciting and engaging competitions.

At the ceremony, Ms. Do Lan Trang – Vice Principal of the school delivered the opening speech, emphasising the importance of sports activities in improving health, developing physical fitness, and providing holistic education for students. She also encouraged the athletes to participate with confidence, demonstrate their abilities, and uphold the spirit of sportsmanship.

Representing the athletes, Do Minh Khang, a student from Class 5A1, took the athlete's oath, expressing his commitment to competing honestly, showing solidarity, giving his best, and strictly following the competition regulations.

Representing the refereeing team, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh took the referee's oath, pledging to officiate all events responsibly, fairly, and objectively, in accordance with the competition rules, thereby contributing to a fair and healthy sporting season.

The Student Sports Games not only provide a valuable playground for students to interact, showcase their talents, and express their passion for sports but also offer opportunities to develop confidence, determination, willpower, and teamwork. Through each competition, students will gain memorable experiences, learn to overcome challenges, and respect the spirit of fair play.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the athletes will begin their competitions with enthusiasm, determination, and honesty. Each match is not only an opportunity to compete but also a chance for students to learn teamwork, respect their opponents, overcome their personal limits, and promote solidarity.

With the message “Stay Healthy to Learn – Stay Healthy to Grow – Stay Healthy to Shine,” the Student Sports Games for the 2026–2027 school year promise to bring many memorable moments, exciting competitions, and meaningful milestones in the development of students at Sai Dong Urban Primary School.
